Inbar is a animator and a animated film director, based in Israel. She is 28 years old, born in Jerusalem to Brazilian descendants Israeli mother and father.

Inbar has lived alternately in Israel and Brazil for all her childhood, thus she speaks both Hebrew and Portuguese, and also English, being that she studied in her high school years in an American school in São Paulo.

After high school Inbar came back to Israel by herself, leaving behind her parents and younger siblings, and joined the Israeli Defense Force (IDF). In the IDF Inbar went to officers school to become an officer, and finished the course with honours. She became a human resources officer in a battalion, in charge of all the well being, education and human resources of the unit. In the period of the her service Israel knew a war and Inbar commanded the unit that keeps track of the whereabouts of each and every soldier of the unit, while in battle, together with staying in contact with the injured and their families.

After almost three years of army service Inbar went off to a year and a half of travel around the world. In the travels she visited South East Asia, China, India, South America and Australia, where she stayed for several months as a house painter for an art gallery in West Australia.

After coming back to Israel, Inbar worked as a kinder garden teacher to save money and go to study animation in the southern Israeli Sapir College. After the three years of studying cinema and animation for a BA, and before creating her graduation film “As I Go”, Inbar became a mother to a baby girl.
